Mandy Gleave transformed the local gym in Settle into the place to go no matter what your fitness levels and abilities.

Now she has opened a new Private Fitness Studio, providing a warm friendly atmosphere for all ages, enabling everyone to learn more about health, fitness and wellbeing in a fun environment. Focusing on individual clients with specific needs both in diet, nutrition and fitness. Intructing small classes to help people get motivated, fitter and healthier.

            PERSONAL TRAINING

 

One to one fitness training in the comfort your own home, the new studio, the gym or outdoors.

 

Setting realistic personal goals for you to achieve the results you deserve. Using a variety of tried and tested techniques which are personalised to your current fitness levels and ability.

 

Each week you will see progress and feel achievement.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Over the years Mandy has taken groups through a variety of activities including Kettlebells, Pilates, CobraFit, Tone & Burn, Circuits and Boxing Fitness.

 

Each session is designed to challenge you in a different way by using weights and body weight exercises. Cardiovascular fitness improves along with muscle tone and flexibility.

 

Small group personal training sessions are a maximum of 4 places per group.

 

Pay As You Go Fitness Classes in the studio.

 

 

            WEIGHT LOSS

 

Advanced clinical weigh loss is used to explore how you relate to food. The way it makes you feel when you eat, why you want to eat some foods and not others, what it is that drives you to over eat?

 

This complex system takes time but it certainly achieves lasting results.
