CLINICAL WEIGHT LOSS

Advanced clinical weigh loss is used to explore how you relate to food. The way it makes you feel when you eat, why you want to eat some foods and not others, what it is that drives you to over eat? This complex system takes time but it certainly achieves lasting results.


GROUP TRAINING
Over the years Mandy has taken groups through a variety of activities including Kettlebells, Pilates, CobraFit, Tone & Burn, Circuits and Boxing Fitness. Each session is designed to challenge you in a different way by using weights and body weight exercises. Cardiovascular fitness improves along with muscle tone and flexibility.


MUSCLE TONE
Resistance training is a key part in building muscle tone and strength, it also helps to strengthen tendons and ligaments stabalising major joints in the body. Building lean muscle helps turn your body into a fat burning machine, increases overall strength and appearance.


CORE STRENGTH
Core strength and stability is more than just having washboard abs! The whole torso is worked to increase strength and balance, improving posture and relieving back pain.
